Thank you for all the inquiries and well wishes regarding the recent California Fires. Glad to report we're back at home and everything seems fine. We took our cat with us for a road trip to NM, so we weren't too worried. We were concerned about reports of heavy smoke in the air over Oceanside, but it doesn't even smell smokey anymore. We're glad to be back under our roof and enjoyed a good walk on the beach with Phoenix who seemed to be really excited to see his old toys upon arriving home. He had a tough road trip dealing with some new teeth growing in. We took lots of stops. But, he's cuter than ever learning new signs every day and carrying on nonsensical conversations with us.Congratulations to my brother Jason & his wife Heather who just delivered a healthy 8lb 1oz baby girl early this morning! Welcome & hugs to baby Courtney Leigh! I'll put up a seperate posting once I get some pics.
